with boiling water, and boiling water is well..... always the same temp. Im sure when you order your coffee, you expect it to be really hot, so it stays hot for 20 mins, and not warm so it gets cold in 5 mins. And come on, she put it between her knees? if the coffee was that hot, and not double cupped then she should have felt the extreme heat in her hand and shouldnt have put it in her knees...and... there was a warning on the cup! and if she would have been careful like most people, then the hot coffee wouldnt have been an issue am I right? ;)
